What does a typical day look like in your job?

My day starts with warm welcomes from the team, we are always happy to see each other! Each morning we discuss priority jobs and R&D on continuous improvement of our products. I am in charge of building our Pilot Vehicle Sign frames. I enjoy working with metal as it is a strength of mine. I’m always looking at ways to make my job more productive.

What are some of the highlights of your job?

Working with the team, they all are great people! I enjoy achieving my daily goals at Advance. I love learning and developing a new product from an idea to a practical working piece. Upgrading existing products is also something I find interesting. I believe continuously improving our products is a great way to show that we believe in listening to our customer’s ideas and feedback.

Tell us a bit about yourself…

I have a great sense of humour, you can ask any of my kids about my dad jokes!????I have 4 kids and another on the way, my family is the most important part of my life and I work to ensure they are happy and well-fed. I also enjoy being outside on the weekends, even if it’s just in the yard playing with the kids and our dog! Or going to the park for lunch or an adventure in the car. My work-family life balance is amazing couldn’t ask for a better mix.
