Meet The Team – Karlah

What does a typical day look like in your job?

In the mornings I come to work with an open mind about what the day can bring. I attend our morning chat that commences at 7:30, say good morning to everyone and kick off the day. My role includes checking orders that need to be packed or doing miscellaneous warehouse jobs. This can include putting Oversize Flags on poles, making up Stock Ahead kits etc. When I get any spare time throughout the day, I use it to help out where I can and learn from others.

What are some of the highlights of your job?

A highlight of my job would be the support and compliments I get from the team when achieving a goal. The team always shows their appreciation when you do something to benefit them.

Tell us a bit about yourself…

I started at Advance Global in 2022 after graduating Year 12. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. You can find me playing soccer with my team which is a hobby I love! Parkes has been my home for most of my life, but I love travelling around and seeing new places and things.
