Fires on mobile plants are inherently dangerous. They affect the safety of workers and have potentially catastrophic consequences. Despite a focus on the issues in recent years, the number of incidents remains high – FIRES ON MOBILE PLANTS

Based in Parkes NSW, we are surrounded by mobile plants. Over the years, our small community has been deeply affected by incidents at these plants. We want to help protect the employees on the mobile plants as they are a valued part of our community.

In 2022 and 2023, the NSW Resourses Regulator ran a report on fires breaking out on Mobile Plants – this is their findings, and our solutions to prevent any further fires.

• Notified fire on mobile plant incidents occurring at surface coal mines account for 73% of all fires on mobile plants in 2023.
