Warranty & Returns – Thermal Insulation Products

1. Warranty Coverage

Our exhaust thermal insulation products are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not extend to damage from misuse, external exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Expected Product Lifespan

  • Normal Lifespan: Up to 5 years if left undisturbed and used in normal operating conditions
  • After 12 Months: Replacement is recommended if product is removed for maintenance
  • Required Replacement:
  • If exposed to fluid leaks (oil, fuel, coolant)
  • If exposed to fire or thermal events

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims will not be accepted in cases involving:

  • Fluid or fire exposure
  • Reinstallation after 12 months of service
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Signs of tampering, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Improper installation

4. Claim Submission Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact Customer Support with:
  • Purchase invoice or receipt
  • Serial number or product ID (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem
  • Complete the Warranty Claim Form (see separate document)
  • Return the product (if requested) or schedule an on-site inspection by our technician

5. Inspection & Evaluation

Our technician will perform an inspection that includes:

  • Visual assessment for discoloration, stiffness, fluid damage, or structural compromise
  • Checks for reinstallation history or mechanical stress
  • Completion of a formal Inspection Report

6. Resolution

Following inspection:

  • If approved: Customer receives a replacement or refund/credit
  • If denied: A report will be shared detailing reasons for rejection, supported with photos and notes

Partial credits may be offered in borderline cases.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance
  • Avoid product removal unless necessary
  • Notify our team immediately of any operational incidents (leaks, overheating, fire)
  • Retain documentation of purchase and service history
