What does a typical day look like in your job?

My day usually starts off with a coffee! Once I am charged up, I check our CRM and my calendar to see what the day is going to look like for me. After attending our daily team meeting, I start doing proactive sales and getting in contact with clients to follow up enquiries and quotes. I also spend a lot of time each week on the road visiting our clients. No two days are the same!

What are some of the highlights of your job?

Working with my co-workers is the biggest one! I love coming to work to see the smile on their faces and hear the laughs throughout the office and warehouse. Another big highlight is having satisfied customers! I love the industry that I get to work in, I’m very passionate about it.

Tell us a bit about yourself.

I was born and bred in the Blue Mountains. When I was 14, we moved to Parkes, that’s where I started working on vehicles and heavy machinery. I like playing music, recreation activities, the great outdoors, and most importantly spending time with my kids and family. I have had been lucky enough to have extensive job experience working in mines, with trucks and on farms.
